FAQs

I placed my order, but don’t have my USPS or International USPS Tracking information. How do I know when my package will arrive?

You should receive a USPS or International USPS Tracking confirmation email when your order has shipped. Please note, it can take  1-4 weeks after placing an order before it is both processed and marked as shipped. If you placed an order, and did not receive a USPS or International USPS Tracking confirmation email, please email me at tamara@gandth.com. 

Shipping Info.

USPS Ground

• All orders are delivered via USPS. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
• Please allow 1-4 weeks for your order to be shipped. 
• Once an order ships, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking information.  

International Shipping

• All international orders are delivered via USPS International.

• Customers located outside of USA, please call or email tamara@gandth to place your order.  Please take note of  the product ID.

• Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may occur.

Placing an Order

• Please review all items and information on your order carefully before placing it. 

• Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it. 

• If you've selected the incorrect products, please review our returns procedures.

Tax

• Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to a Georgia State address.

• GANDTH physical presence in this State requires the collection of tax on behalf of Georgia.

• GANDTH does not collect sales or use taxes for orders shipped to addresses outside of Georgia.

• For those States imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase may be subject to tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation.

• Your purchase may not be exempt merely because it was purchased by remote means.

• Certain States require purchasers to file sales or use tax returns for the year reporting all taxable purchases that were not taxed at time of purchase. Garment and Textile House assumes no liability for those taxes.

• Instructions of how to file sales/use tax returns may be found online at the website of your respective taxing authorities.

A Note About GANDTH Products

All products are handcrafted, and  there may be slight variations in color, texture and finish. Garment and Textile House does not consider variations to be flaws, but rather uniqueness of the product.
